LIVE MUSIC

Outlaw Jim & The Whiskey Benders
Performing Wednesday and Thursday  9:00 pm - 1:00 am

The Whiskey Benders is a hard-hitting, traditional outlaw country band with roots in the sounds of Waylon Jennings and Merle Haggard, as well as influences from New Orleans funk and street music. The music has been labeled by some, "Poly-ethnic Cajun Slamgrass".
Jim Eaton is the band leader, lending his unique and powerful vocals as well as rhythm guitar; Mark Brown covers the Bass and back-up vocals; Paul Andrews provides "the outlaw beat"; and Franklin Eaton stands on the keyboards and back-up vocals; usually,
there will be a fiddle, mandolin, Telecaster, or pedal-steel player (or all of the above) in the group.
The band formed in the fall of 2003 with Jim, Mark, and Paul. In spring of 2004, Franklin joined, and the band solidified to the current setup. From hog roasts and concerts on the courthouse steps to the stages of Lower Broadway and the Opry Plaza, the Whiskey Benders have been growing a following throughout the South and Mid-West.

Performing Friday & Saturday  9:00 pm - 1:00 am
